Thank you for shopping at Bai-Niao Ceramics. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies.
All Sales Are Final
Please carefully review your order before making a purchase. We maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind", sizing issues, or if you simply do not like the product.
Handmade Items Exemption
Please note that our products are entirely handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight variations in color, texture, size, and minor imperfections (such as small air bubbles, uneven glazes, plucking, or slight asymmetrical details) may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade crafts and are NOT considered defects or flaws. Therefore, requests for returns or refunds based on these natural handmade variations will not be accepted.
Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our policy is if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please accept our apologies and follow the steps below:

Contact Us: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide Proof: Please email us at shuoli33032@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Resolution: Once we review the photos and approve your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or customer mishandling are not considered defective and will not be refunded or replaced.
